Experience
Boyd Burley has been a long-time resident of the Tampa/Brandon area, attending Plant High School class of 54’ then continuing his education at The University of Tampa. About 58 years ago Boyd moved his family from South Tampa to the Brandon area – Where he gained experience as a general contractor starting in 1969. Throughout time, he has completed numerous building ventures, including roughly 800 residential houses. All varying in size, each from 1,500 square feet to 10,000 square feet. As well as approximately 200 apartment units and 20 commercial properties around the Brandon area. During this time, he opened Burley Properties to manage the commercial properties he personally completed. In 2018 the company changed names to Burley Business Centers, LLC. Our local experience makes our properties a staple of the Brandon area.
